b)至少完成過(guò)一次由有資格的內(nèi)審員實(shí)施的涵蓋所有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量審核，并留有審核全過(guò)程的記錄。The completions and recording of at least one (1) full Internal Quality Audit Cycles in which every element of the standard has been audited by qualified internal auditors.
c)至少進(jìn)行過(guò)一次管理評(píng)審，其中包括質(zhì)量體系適宜性和有效性的審核，并留有記錄。The completion and recording of at least one (1) Management Review Meetings, which includes an assessment of the suitability and effectiveness of the quality system.
d)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)應(yīng)該量化并能提供足夠證明顯示目標(biāo)的達(dá)成狀況。Quality objectives should be defined in quantitative terms & monitoring their achievement should be evidenced.
e)應(yīng)配有滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求文件化的質(zhì)量程序。documented procedures for all elements required by the standard should be in place.
f)確認(rèn)在認(rèn)證注冊(cè)審核之前，所有文件審核提出的要求已被有效執(zhí)行。To confirm that all the requirements of documentation reviews have been carried out prior to conformance audit.
